Pasture are renowned for cooking over fire
Pasture Restaurant has been announced as the official catering partner for The Garden, the premium VIP area at Cardiff’s Blackweir summer concert series, as demand continues to build for one of this summer’s most sought-after live music events.
The acclaimed Cardiff restaurant will be the exclusive food trader in The Garden across the series, serving VIP guests at Blackweir Fields as thousands prepare to attend this year’s headline shows.
The announcement comes as ticket demand intensifies across the Blackweir programme, with general admission already sold out for several dates and VIP Garden tickets now one of the only remaining ways for fans to secure access to selected performances.
Among the highest demand shows, The Cure on 24th June is fully sold out across both general admission and The Garden, while Lewis Capaldi on 30th June is also sold out in both categories. For other major dates including Teddy Swims on 26th June and Pitbull on 4th July, general admission has sold out, with only limited Garden tickets remaining.

VIP upgrades are available from £33.60 for existing ticket holders on selected shows.
The Blackweir Garden has been designed to offer a more elevated way to experience the summer series, with guests benefiting from an exclusive viewing area in front of the stage, a private Garden Bar with premium drinks, fire-cooked food exclusively provided by Pasture, premium toilets, souvenir wristband and separate entry lanes.
Pasture’s involvement brings one of Cardiff’s best-known hospitality brands into the heart of the city’s biggest live music series. Known for fire-led cooking and bold, ingredient-led menus, the restaurant will provide the only food offering available within The Garden. This will include flame grilled burgers, Pasture’s signature steaks served with house-made peppercorn or chimichurri sauce, and vegan options (TBC) too.
Sam Elliott, Chef Owner at Pasture, said:
“We’re incredibly excited to be partnering with the team behind Blackweir, and to bring Pasture out of the restaurant to such an iconic setting. Cooking over fire, serving great food and being part of a landmark event for the city feels like a natural fit for what we do.
