Supported by the McCarthy Stone Foundation, Cynefin Pamoja brought together young people, elders, employers and volunteers in Newport for an intergenerational employability and careers event focused on connection, conversation and social mobility.

Cynefin Pamoja, whose name comes from the Welsh word ‘Cynefin’ meaning ‘belonging’, and the Swahili word ‘Pamoja’ meaning ‘together’ are a community-focused group local to the Newport area.
